PHILOSOPHY

Our vision of Tango emphasizes the embrace, musicality, technique, naturality and the ability to improvise. From our point of view, these are the essential subjects of tango.
Without embrace, there is no tango. If we do not have incorporated the technique, our movements will not be comfortable or aesthetic. If we do not dance regarding the music, we won´t really dance. Without naturality, our dancing will not really be organic. If we don´t improvise, we fail one of the key elements of tango.
These subjects are not learned each in one thematik lesson, each subject will be worked gradually in relation with the others. There is no other way to do it, because all are interrelated.
In our classes we intend to transmit the essential concepts of Tango in a natural way. Allowing each person to develop their personal style of dancing, with the fewer constraints posible.
In transmitting the Tango, we teach steps, but being careful of not doing only that. One of our main objectives is linked to this point. We seek to convey that tango is not just movement, to dance it really we should speak what the music is saying with our bodies.
